90-Day Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service completion. If something we installed, repaired, or assembled fails due to an error in our work, we’ll return and fix it at no charge.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

What’s NOT Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear – Paint fading over time, wood weathering naturally, caulk drying and shrinking, general aging of materials
  • Customer-Supplied Materials – Defective furniture from the manufacturer, faulty parts or hardware you provided, materials that don’t meet specifications
  • Damage After Our Work – Accidental damage by homeowner or others, damage from moving furniture, water damage from unrelated leaks, impact damage
  • Misuse or Neglect – Overloading assembled furniture beyond manufacturer specs, failure to maintain (e.g., not sealing deck as recommended), using installed items improperly, modifying our work without consulting us
  • Acts of Nature – Storm damage, earthquake damage, flooding, extreme weather events
  • Changes Made by Others – Work modified by another contractor, DIY repairs or adjustments, removal and reinstallation

  • Don’t overload beyond manufacturer weight limits
  • Tighten hardware occasionally as it naturally loosens over time
  • Follow manufacturer’s care instructions

Deck & Fence Repairs

  • Seal or stain annually as recommended
  • Clear debris from deck boards
  • Inspect for damage after storms
  • Don’t use harsh chemicals on treated wood

Drywall Repairs

  • Allow paint to fully cure (24-48 hours)
  • Address any water leaks immediately
  • Don’t apply excessive moisture to repaired areas

TV Mounting

  • Don’t hang additional weight on mounted TVs
  • Don’t pull or lean on TVs
  • Notify us before mounting heavier/larger TV on same mount

Plumbing Repairs

  • Don’t use chemical drain cleaners excessively
  • Address leaks immediately
  • Follow any specific care instructions we provide
