We schedule work around strata rules and quiet hours. We can start early to avoid peak pedestrian times, or work mid day to avoid quiet hour restrictions. All work is planned with you in advance and included in the scope.
How do you protect plants and landscaping?
We protect plants, garden beds, and landscaping before any cleaning begins. This includes pre rinse, cover materials where required, and controlled rinsing during the process. We also use surface cleaners for walkways to avoid overspray into beds.
Do you provide documentation?
Yes. Every project includes a written scope of work, before and after photos, and a completion report for council records. The report includes dates, service areas, notes on any wear or safety concerns, and recommended future frequency.
