Chad came to my place to fix my toilet that was making a loud noise when flushed, and replace the shower/faucet set since it was leaking. He also diagnosed my bathroom fan and said he will get back to me on options to purchase a new one since it needs replacement. He explained everything and was very thorough, with a reasonable price.
