We reach most Vancouver neighbourhoods in 15–35 minutes from our Burnaby location, depending on traffic and time of day. West Vancouver takes 25–40 minutes. For urgent requests, we offer same-day service — call in the morning and we can often be there the same afternoon. For non-urgent work, we typically book within 1–3 business days.

Yes. We work in condos throughout Vancouver, including high-rise towers downtown, low-rise buildings in Kitsilano, and townhome complexes across the city. We’re experienced with strata building access requirements, elevator bookings, and noise bylaws. We carry all necessary insurance documentation that your strata or property manager may require.

We’re available Monday through Saturday, typically 8 AM to 6 PM. We occasionally accommodate earlier or later times depending on the job and your schedule. For condo work with specific building access windows, we’ll work within your building’s required hours. Emergency repairs may be available outside regular hours — call 236-880-8768 to check.

No. We don’t charge extra travel fees for Vancouver. Our $100 minimum service charge is the same whether you’re in Burnaby, downtown Vancouver, or West Van. The only exception is if a job requires paid parking (common downtown) — in that case, we’ll let you know upfront.

It varies by neighbourhood. Downtown and Yaletown, it’s TV mounting on concrete condo walls and drywall patching after moves. In East Van and Kits, it’s door repairs and painting in older homes. West Vancouver, it’s deck repairs and pressure washing. Across the board, our most common call is “I have a list of 5–10 small jobs — can you do them all in one visit?” And the answer is always yes.
